Vermont processing center time went from 15 months back to 14.5 and we still haven't heard anything.
Our I130 was at Potomac and is apparently at Vermont now and the time just sped up but yet our I130 is still sitting. I've asked my senator's office for help and all they did was a basic Emma inquiry over a month ago and now say they will only take action after 90 days pass. losing so much hope, what is there left to do besides WoM? Why could this be getting so delayed? We have gone above and beyond to do everything right and it feels like we're getting singled out or punished. 😔

@Steven H - rest assured you are not being punished or singled out. There are many of us here in the same situation as you are. we are all waiting as well - I find comfort in knowing I am not
alone in this process

@Steven H mine is April 19.. I really don’t know what to do now.. everyone else got approved.. all those that applied April 90% of them got approved already.. :/ not sure what to do now. congresswoman did put in inquiry. I’ll try the ombudsman office next.. then wait a few months then file a mandamus lawsuit.. no other choice
