Proud member of the 4 figures club!๐
Itโs official!!! Today is a big day in my journey. I became a proud member of an elite 4-figures club. My adjustment of status has been pending for exactly 1000 days! I would like to thank and congratulate all the people working at USCIS. They are extremely efficient and effective. Everytime I call or text Emma (itโs been roughly around 40 times already) they are very polite and cooperative and moreover they always provide me with the most up to date information, they never provide false, deceptive nor misleading information. Last week Tier 2 told me that my case is within normal processing times (which is so true of course!) and I have nothing to worry about. It was such a great relief that a federal agency in this country is so reliable and trustworthy. You pay your money and you can be sure that your case will be treated with dilligence and everything will be on time and correct! Have a great night everybody! Iโm going to celebrate! ๐ฉ

๐จwhen was your i140 approved ? I have a friend who has waited almost the same time but his i140 was approved recently, it took more than 2 years to have his i140 NIW to be approved.

please contact to your Congressman. they will help. first time when they contacted behalf of us, they moved our case to local. next time when they contacted after 8 month, it approved. when congressman contacts uscis, actually someone checks your case to give info and reply in 30 days. Good luck to you.

Sorry to hear that friend. Don't be too upset, I am right behind you with 700days EB2-1. Looks like my application is on U.S tour. Different Agent on EMMA verified my application being at Queens FO, NBC, Tempa FO and also got inquiry response from congresswoman office stating my application is heading towards Nebraska Service Center. All this info was received 6months back, now when I reach out to them response is always "your case is within normal processing timeline". Not sure what this Agency is doing!!!???

I see you received an RFE recently, so I think that should mean your GC is just around the corner now. hang in there

Thank you guys! I think itโs better to laugh at this rather than to get to frustrated! My I-140 was approved in December 2022, (after a generic and ignorant RFE of course). I reached out to Ombudsman twice, Congress representative twice and the White House once. Basically they all told me to wait!!!๐๐คฎ Then I reached out to the Senator and it seemed to work a little bit, after his inquiry they moved my case first to NBC and then to LA field office, and finally sent me Medicals RFE (I submitted them already on June 26th).Do you think itโs gonna take another 1000 days to look at these 14 pages of paper?๐จโ๐ฆณ

Thank you all!
I wonder what would happen if we all use the same timeframe to file our taxes to IRS๐ค โI am experiencing a high volume of Netflix shows to watch. My taxes are awaiting review. I will file them next year, or maybe in 2 years, or maybe whenever, who knows!๐คทโโ๏ธโ๐

I sent an e-mail to my Senator last Wednesday again. In fact, everytime I reached out to his office, there was some progress in my case. Usually the day after their inquiry there was change in status, for example my case was moved to another office, or medicals rfe. So the take away for all of you guys waiting and getting frustrated as I did, is to max out all of your options which are Congressman, Senator, Ombudsman and White House. In my case Congressman did nothing but Iโve seen other people who got some progress after congressional inquiry. It depends on where you live, I guess every office cares differently about their constituents.

Iโm in Florida. But I suppose it works similar in any state and district. Check on the Internet the website of the NY Senator, they have to have an option to contact the office for help with immigration. Same with congressman, but congressman is different in every county. The White House website also has this option. You can write them and ask for help with immigration. In my case they just contacted USCIS and provided me with so e generic information in response, but in your case it might have a better outcome.
