I don’t know whether to be sad or laugh 😂.. my case has been pending since April 2022.. same crap.. I’m a U.S. citizen and my wife overseas.. it’s been 15 month and he’s taking longer than expected.. lost hope already… we have no choice but to wait.. the entire process is so unfair…

did you put all his Service Member paperwork when you sent the i130?

@april 2022 IKR… I’ve seen people getting approved… they waited 9 months or 11 months … sooo unfair … we will get the approval notice soon!! ✨🙏🏻

@Alina li hi!!’ yes we did. idk if they really upgrade our case from LPR-USC. the uscis agent told us they upgraded it but there’s no proof that they did. i checked the documents tab at uscis website and the receipt notice was still LPR 😢🥹

if ur husband now is a us citizen, you have to do upgrade by sending a writing paper, stated that in the cover, i-130 upgrade, and right to them in the letter that he became a us citizen, and attach a copy of his us or ceritificate of citizenshipp, i dvice u to do that and u will get the approval, coz one of my friends done that after one week he got the approval

do not forget upgrade is not by call, u have to do what i told u , by sending the papers to the service center which process ur case
