Does anyone fall in the category of principal approved for I-485 (GC delivered) but dependents still stuck at NBC for 5+ months?
Principal’s case was moved to non-local FO (San fernando) after staying in NBC for 3 months, then case approved by FO in 2 months, however dependents continue to be stuck at NBC.
Any similar cases, suggestions helpful!

never received RFE for eb2-NIW
Hi everyone,
please I need your help. I have a pending VAWA case and I have also submitted form I-140 for EB2-NIW. I received an update for RFE for the eb2 but it never came in the mail since June 5.
Live agents keep telling me to write to Vermont but I submitted my EB2 to Texas. They all keep thinking this is a vawa case. Vermont Center sent a notice that they do not have any information for me. Yhe response to the e request also wants me to write to Vermont.
Did they merge both cases as I am now confused. Has anyone been in a similar situation or what can I do?

i130 - Standalone approved after 11 months - California Service Center
Yesterday our case went into second active review and I checked under the documents section on my uscics account to find the i30 approval.
I am filing as a US Citizen for spouse overseas. My priority date was August 19, 2022. First active review was August 24, 2022. And second active review was yesterday. Our case was in California Service Center. Before the approval, for past three months, my case was saying "It is taking longer than expected".
If anyone have a similar situation or have any questions, please feel free to comment here. People in this community have been really helpful and if I can help any way that will be great.
Now off to NVC processing.

Filing Taxes
I’m trying to file taxes for 2022, and the extension deadline is October 16. I am a U.S. citizen (USC), but my wife has never been to the United States and has no work history here. I want to know how I can file the tax return without an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) and SSN (Social Security Number). However, if I apply for an ITIN number, it will take six months, and I’ll miss the deadline.

Hi,
We had our interview earlier this week and consular officer said your visa is approved. The next day ceac status was updated to issued. When can I expect to receive the pickup mail? When I tried to track my passport in ustraveldocs website, it’s showing no status. For normal case they send email to pickup but I’m not sure if they send email for i-730 too?
