I used to check a uscis webpage that showed a kind of graphic report regarding to the number of cases recieved that start with same numbers (like SRC2290189000), and it showed a pie with the different kind of processes, the decisions and so, but I can’t find it!!

effect of retrogression on follow to join case (i-824)
I have applied follow to join for my spouse, and I got green card via eb2 (employment based). My priority date is in year 2019.
I am confuse how retrogression impacts on our application. Will my spouse get interviewed once i-824 got approved. Or do we need to wait for priority date become current.
If yes, should I look at EB2 or F2A priority date?
