I485 decisions pending for dependents @ NBC
Does anyone fall in the category of principal approved for I-485 (GC delivered) but dependents still stuck at NBC for 5+ months?
Principal’s case was moved to non-local FO (San fernando) after staying in NBC for 3 months, then case approved by FO in 2 months, however dependents continue to be stuck at NBC.
Any similar cases, suggestions helpful!

following - I got approved as primary but my husband's dependent application is still pending at NBC

@SR Winz mine was the opposite mine stillnin NBC and my dependent was approved out of Chicago FO

@hello goodbye totally weird and illogical for dependents to be approved before principal. Not sure what to say really!

@SR Winz it's just a week so far, but worried because we'll get hit with EB3 retrogression starting August 😞 hopefully we'll be current in October and it progresses quickly from then

both our cases moved to field office in sjo at the same time but mine got approved and waiting for 3+ months for dependent

EB1: our case got moved to San Fernando FO back in May, we got medical RFE, we sent it back and my husband got his petition approved a week after! mine (dependent) is still pending. it has been a week.
