never received RFE for eb2-NIW
Hi everyone, please I need your help. I have a pending VAWA case and I have also submitted form I-140 for EB2-NIW. I received an update for RFE for the eb2 but it never came in the mail since June 5. Live agents keep telling me to write to Vermont but I submitted my EB2 to Texas. They all keep thinking this is a vawa case. Vermont Center sent a notice that they do not have any information for me. Yhe response to the e request also wants me to write to Vermont. Did they merge both cases as I am now confused. Has anyone been in a similar situation or what can I do? thanks

I don't think you are eligible for EB2. https://www.immigrationhelp.org/learning-center/adjustment-of-status-for-a-green-card-after-a-visa-overstay note: this is for only through employment.

@olly O if you check the instructions on your case status you should be able to request for another copy of your rfe through this link https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do

@olu mikk thanks so much. I already did that and they tell me to email Vermont still. I think there’s a mix up which is super confusing at this point. I literally submitted another e request today and they said they would get back to me “July 18” and that’s yesterday’s date telling me they would get back to me yesterday when I requested today
