Yes it’s true. a live agent told me that my interview was waived and I did get my i485 approved without interview 🥺🙂

not so accurate I seen cases where the agent told the person that but months later they get an interview it all come downs to the field officer to make a final decision on the case

@journey fellas i'm on the same boat as well i received two emails stating they have taken action on my case but there was no update in my case status. Then i reached out to an agent through Emma and the agent told me my interview was waved and this happen in 12th July but nothing yet..
