The wait is finally over

After nearly 1 year of waiting, we received an RFE in late April requesting evidence our marriage was bona fide. We painstakingly provided over 700 pages of evidence. USCIS received our response on Friday and on Monday, the site was updated to acknowledge receipt.
This morning, I had four email notices that actions were taken on our file. When I logged in, the status said the file was being actively reviewed, however there was an approval notice in tbe documents section. Our case was processed at the Potomac Center.
This was such an incredibly hard and trying process. Do not lose faith, instead remember the liove that led us all to embark on this journey.

waiting for EAD to start a job was the hardest thing. I had to drain my 401k. it will have big impact on our life; but happy that I got through process “NORMALLY”. 😇 Good wishes for everyone.

VAWA Feb/ March/April 2023 Filers
Hey VAWA folks, anyone filed in March 2023 who has received Prima facie/biometrics? They transferred my case from vermont to Nebraska to speed up the processing. I am yet to see the speed though haha.
Still yet to receive Prima facie/Biometrics though I have seen some March filers get theirs. I wish this process could be faster like how I-130 processing is faster now.

interview status
hello everyone, my i485 case has been pending for 20 months now. I have not received any interview notices or RF. I spoke to an agent today and they told me that my case shows that it is eligible for an interview since July 5, 2023. Any idea how long would it take for them to actually schedule my interview? case is in Washington DC field office. my PD is November 18 , 2021.
work permit c9 and c31
I am about to submit my Vawa application and got questions about work permit.
my Vawa application requests## c31 work permit.
from what I read, work permit c31 will not be available until Vawa case is approved. how do people who applied for Vawa get work permit under c9 category?
Can I apply both c9 and c31 together? I know I485 fees cover for work and travel permit but do I have to pay for c9 separately?
please someone advise me how to get c9.

Confused about Request for Evidence (RFE) Letter
Hi,
As Nov 2022 applicant for AOS, I am very grateful we reached this stage. However, I am confused about the request on the Request for Evidence (RFE) letter that indicated:
"What You Need to Do:
You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case:
1. Please provide evidence that you complied with the F1 visa.
2. Submit a completed Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record"
I already sent my F1 visa page on my passport, all my forms of I-20, form I-94 and my old EAD through OPT.
I don't know what else they need to verify that: I complied with the F1 visa
If anyone can have any idea about what this means it would be very helpful. Me and my husband filled the case together without a lawyer's help as well.
