I have a question about forms to file for my parents who is already living in the United States with a tourist visa. I don’t know the exact forms that I need to file. thank you in advance for your help.

Ola Ola. I am assuming you are going to adjust status of your parents as a US citizen. you have to file I130,I485,I131,I765,I864,with all support documents, like passports, copy of last entry, your birth certificate,etc etc. long list. remember to check USCIS website for more details. remember to file each parent separate. better advice yet get an attorney for more input and easy process. good luck 👍

additionally, if you are filing tax with your spouse, your spouse have to file form I-864A as well. and I-693 (medical exam)
