RFE for I-130
After receiving RFE for I-485 (sponsorship document) on Jan 4 and submitting it on March 8th. we again Received RFE for I-130 (more proof of a bonafide marriage). Does this mean our case is more likely to be denied?? have any one of you guys gone through same situation, if Yes please let me know how it was. I am stressing out cause we literally submitted everything we have and we are in Dilemma because we only have stuffs from the time we started processing to now. worried if its not gonna be enough again. #RFE #I-485
how many days is going to take the answer to rfe for status adjustment?
I’m just so anxious about it , its been exhausting waiting for each answer for uscis … I need to work

Does "This case will be routed for expedited processing" message from
USCIS to Senator on my 1765 inquiry mean expedite approval? If so, how long more?
A month ago I asked my Senator to look into my 1765 that I filed via marriage to a USC in November
2022. Yesterday the Senator forwarded me the full message below.
Please help me understand if this means my case has been expedited or not?

Lost EAD Card
Hi guys,
I am really frustrated. I got my EAD approval on may, but they made a typo on my name so we had to send the card back. I got the new card delivered after waiting 1.5 months. USPS tracking says it is delivered to my address but it is not. I don't know what to do anymore, I really need to work and I can't afford to wait another 2 months to get a new card :(

Estimated time until your case decision ( 4 months)
Hi there, my EAD says 4 months till decision. is that the total months since I submitted? or the time remaining till I hear an answer. I submitted April 10th, I once had a work permit via OPT ( f1 visa) could that make my process longer or shorter ? please advise.
I-130 approved but still waiting for I-485
my I-130 was approved after our interview with my wife but I-485 wasn’t because I had a case with immigration court, case with immigration court has been terminated and my lawyer has applied to USCIS for motion to reopen case I-485. currently case status is actively being reviewed. I’m scared or will everything be ok since I-130 is already being approved?
