si se ta vre ti moun nou sove, Dapres @TRIOMPHEPROMO SOU TWITTER uscis ta sanble rete Selman 25 % moun pou janvier yo pa ko reponn. selon lawfully m we se 16 % moun janvier yo ki aprouver.
@P84183Triomphe
#programmeBiden/ daprè USCIS 75% nan moun janvier yo jwenn repons, daprè yo se pat selman ayiti ki te gen problème sa se te tou lè 4 peyi yo ki tap plenyen ki aplike depi janvier ki pat janm jwenn repons, yo ale pi lwen pou fè konnen lot 25% yo preske finn trete.

I got approved today! First I received an approval notice for I-130 from Nebraska service center. Later today I got an approval for I-485 from NBC. My local field office is Denver.

green card delivery
First of all I am very happy that my case has been approved after three years but now it’s getting me a little bit concerned because
I have not received my card yet.
June 18 new card produced
June 19 case was approved
June 21 card was mailed to me
But I have not received my card yet. Today is the 25th. I don’t believe that USPS takes that long to deliver your card should I be worried or I should not be?
Do you guys know how long does it take Uscis to deliver your card?
Any comments are appreciated
Thank you.

how long does NVC actually take to process? It said on the approval letter it’ll take like 45 days for them to process things and send the welcome letter, but is that actually how long it takes? What are you guys experience like?
Also, do you guys think that they will ask us to do the interview or do you think they’ll waive it? I really don’t want to wait another year to wait for an interview 🙏

RFE after i—140 approval
Hi everyone. so wanted to know if anyone has similar experiences. kinda weird but well. I filed for i-140 Nov last year and got approved early this year. received my approval notice. Then several 30+ days later I receive RFE on the already approved i-140. Lawyer responded to the RFE basically saying we have the approval and it stands because we didnt get any notice of revocation or that the approval was in error. its been 4 months since that letter was sent to USCIS. No response yet. any ideas #i-140, #NIW
USCIS……USCIS……..USCIS🤐🤐🤐🤐
It’s been over 9 months since USCIS received my RFE and all that I was waiting for was approval of my I-360. Instead, they issued me an EAD in April 2023 and today they just approved my sons EAD renewals and their new cards are being produced🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Right now I have 3 EADS, one will expire April 2024, the second will expire September 2024 and the newly produced card in April 2023 will expire September 2025🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 The last PF issued expires August 9 2023. I filed my I-360 June 15, 2020.
I know that I am nearer my approval. I refuse to be frustrated by USCIS, atleast I have positive updates happening.

transfer to a non local FO
just chatted with live agent through Emma and she told me my case was transfer to Newark, a non local FO. she didn’t say anything else about when it was transferred or why and she disconnected abruptly.
what do you think happened? I didn’t get a transfer notice. my pd is current row.#transfer #non-localFO #what’snext?
Changed Service center?
Ok so we filed the i130 for my husband in January. Potomac was mu Service center. it originally said 11 months, then counted down by the month from that point until we got to May, it changed to 7 months around the 17th as expected, then it changed to 2 months on May 30th, then 4 weeks on June 3rd... on July 4th I checked and it changed to "taking longer than expected".. Well there has been NOTHING on my account to say that it's even been looked at.. I "Asked Emma" if she could give me any information and she said June 7th my case was transferred to the TEXAS service center... I have had no notification of this at all.. is this normal? Is Texas a good service center to be at? I need some kind of reassurance that this is going to be processed or even LOOKED at sometime in the near future.. I feel so defeated at the moment.. #stressed #whatishappening #ijustwantmyhusbandhomewithme #soconfusing
