USCIS……USCIS……..USCIS🤐🤐🤐🤐
It’s been over 9 months since USCIS received my RFE and all that I was waiting for was approval of my I-360. Instead, they issued me an EAD in April 2023 and today they just approved my sons EAD renewals and their new cards are being produced🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Right now I have 3 EADS, one will expire April 2024, the second will expire September 2024 and the newly produced card in April 2023 will expire September 2025🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 The last PF issued expires August 9 2023. I filed my I-360 June 15, 2020.
I know that I am nearer my approval. I refuse to be frustrated by USCIS, atleast I have positive updates happening.

@haj 97 RFE was divorce from my earlier marriage. I didn’t request a renewal for EAD, it was approved by USCIS and sent to me.

@VAWA FEB2022 You only get the C31 EAD when your I-360 petition is approved which is what I am eagerly waiting for now. All the EADS I have are C09 categories.

@sam thomas …. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. You really need strength to stay focused and not be weary. USCIS is an organization that frustrates and depress and you can’t do anything about it. Just wait and remain positive!
