same here, 131 and 485 remain unchanged. 765 changed to new card is being produced lol.

may be they are really producing new card because ead can be approved even with i-485 pending if you are current

mine was closed and then reopened and now says the card is produced

my spouse had the glitch last time but it just showed card is being produced today. We confirmed with Emma and they said the EAD is approved. I’m still not believing this 100% though

mine had the glitch too, changed from case closed to reopen for consideration then reopened and now is new card being produced. talked to Emma this morning just telling me it is approved. guess the only thing we can do is waiting for the notice.

@D WL Mine changed today to “New card produced” have you contacted an agent and verify? I’ll call today and update y’all . please update us if you got anything.

@Jay Lim I have the same thing happened to me and today I called after I got the status the card was produced, the live agent couldn’t confirm that and he said the case stil processing. did you got to confirm that too?

now my case showed as approved. super odd and I will try to contact Emma today

same thing happened to me. from closed to reopen then card is being produced last night and now case is approved. contacted live chat Emma and said that the case is approved today.

Maybe they are having trouble to go directly to the correct status. Maybe the glitch is related to the status that was supposed to show up, not that the final case approved is wrong. The glitch might be the wrong status that showed up instead of the correct one. Specially because this happened with people who apparently was following a similar timeline. And it happened not only with work-based process, but also with family-marriage based ones.
