your case has been expedited they just don’t know the timeline for when it will be approved

@Jackson Avenue I'm so tired of USCIS WITH those vague answer, I am wondering how long it can take to review acase...some cases are in adjudication over 5 months and persons can't even get there approval.. ...but it seems they will expedite yours... but I have seen persons expedite and get approval same day, or couple days to a week, I tried 3 times and was denied with all the evidence I got

@Empress H i agree with you 10000000000% - like can’t you just tell me YES or NO and when I can expect to receive something. its probably more work on them to have to constantly deal with the barrage of complaints, emails, requests, phone calls everyday asking the same old questions but on the topic (also re: @mount laurel New Jersey ): I read in so many places that this already means it has been approved and they’re just waiting to issue the card, but then the wording makes it sound nothing has actually been done I’m just so confused but maybe we all are too - to be honest I don’t even know anymore

@Empress H and @mount laurel New Jersey I just got another response and this is what they sent to my Senator: Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. The applicant’s Form I-765 application has been sent for expedited processing and is currently under review by an adjudications officer. However, due to workload factors not related to the applicant’s case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing final adjudication. We are unable to determine at this time when the system delay will be completed. We are striving to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Once further action is taken on this case, the applicant will be notified at their address of record. honestly don’t know what this means lol

basically another one of there bs responses saying wait longer. I’ve gotten similar responses. i would try contacting the ombudsman office

@mount laurel New Jersey it’s ridiculous because they clearly have the file in front of them to determine that it is not my problem, but then they do NOTHING about it …

I been waiting since feb 2022 and still no ead

@Jackson Avenue very ridiculous I just don't understand either they manage to take a file look at it and construct those emails twice what's the sense.....

got those same exact responses from USCIS since I requested an expedite via congress in April. Yet here we are again 5 months later and still not a damn thing. smh
