after respond to a NOID
hello Friends, I have 2 years and 3 months of marriage with my dear wife, I received a Noid on June 20th about the bona fides of my marriage, my lawyer has sent all the documents and proof of Our marriage, 10 days later, this morning I received an update, ( On July 30, 2023, we began reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number ###### We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice by August 13, 2023, contact the USCIS Contact Center. ) I'm really worry about this notice again I pray God every single hour, we are really novice.
I131 case not showing any status, EAD approved but AP pending. Is it normal?

I am LPR and applied for my spouse AOS with concurrent filing of all the forms I131, I485, I130 and I765. I understand F2A PD is no longer current for FAD, so it is going to be a while to get my spouse GC.
So far, I765 has been approved already and we received an EAD card (not combo card), and haven't received any approval for I131 (AP yet).
We have been trying to check the case status online for the receipt notice of I131 but it says that "Your case status is unavailable at this time" in myUSCIS account.
If we try to lookup my I131 receipt number using Case Status Online tool, then it says Invalid Receipt.
Is this normal? Is anyone else in this situation where there I131 receipt notice # doesn't show any status online?

👉🏻Still no approval yet😔
👉🏻 Her friends who applied on similar time, theirs have been approved recently
👉🏻 Could anyone guide me what to do next? Do I need to approach an attorney?
Have anyone here applied for B2 visa for your family when your own 485 is still pending?
Hi all -
I was applying B2 visa for my mother to visit. In her DS-160 questions there is a question asking about my current visa status with three options(Citizenship/Greencard/ None immigration) I put ‘None-immigration’ there since my greencard is still pending. But my mother’s B2 interview is scheduled in October, yet my greencard got approved before her interview. Do I need to submit a new DS-160 to change this info for her interview?
