it wasn’t bad but the officer said her system was down and felt that my husband and I didn’t have much financial evidence together (I got my EAD a day before my interview so we weren’t able to have too many join account evidences). After the interview she made me sign something and told me it would take about 60 days for a decision, but I still haven’t heard anything. The officer was really nice the interview felt like a talking session!

the interview went pretty well, only took about 20mins, just got the approval notice today

@V P the officer told us the same thing, I uploaded some new evidence last Friday on my 130 case and today my 485 is approved. my interview was on May 25, maybe you can try upload something on your case too. good luck

what did you upload? I always worry about uploading evidence on there bc I’ve heard it could be taken in as a red flag. when was you interview?

@V P I uploaded new evidence that weren’t in the original application package: 10+ photos showing us at different location and time, 10+ fb posts that family and friends mentioned us for our activities together, 20+ screenshots of our text messages from 2021 till this month, car insurance on the same policy for current. No financial documents uploaded for sensitive personal information concern.

@p s we waited 600 days till the interview, we provided a lot of evidences such as ; 2 years joint tax returns car and home insurances lease agreements since the wedding till today car registration under both of us names and car finance bills joint bank accounts, letter from our landlord phone bills and etc he gave us a few questions and gave me a paper to sign and told me I will review your case again and you can receive notice letter by mail. we thought that it was not bad

@the three time AR lost hoper I already uploaded evidences 3 months before on my 485 and I received interview letter after a month of uploading evidences, do you think that they check the cases separately, 130 another officer and 485 another? I am tired of waiting, our is already 700 days since the filing documents first time

I am sorry hear that you waited this long and totally understand your frustration. IMO they have a uscis officer who gave you interview and transfer your case to their supervisor, (if they both recommend approval then your case will be transferred to NBC: I am not 100% sure about this part), your cases should be handled together just a lot of steps, review by a lot of different ppl. I would suggest you file ombudsman. I believe @roro 2022 April has a post mentioned how to file it. personal experience, service request and congressmen no work. your 130 processing time should be aligning with your local Fo processing time, sound like your cases have exceeded normal processing time.

@the three time AR lost hoper maybe I should try to file ombudsman as you told, but my lawyer keep saying be patient but I am tired from this process. do you think that I traveled two times by myself( without my wife ) effects to the process? can they check it and hold my case because of it ? thanks

i am not a lawyer I can’t give you any lawful advice but yea if you have a straight forward case and outside normal processing time, def try that. travel by yourself twice for short period of time shouldn’t harm your case.
