major Dilemma with Upcoming Interview this Week!
My daughter in law has her interview at the Jakarta embassy next Wednesday. Major problem… my son sent his certified birth certificate via FedEx 3 weeks ago 5-7 day air and it hasn’t shown up! He went there yesterday and was told it JUST left the US 3 days ago! We are not hopeful it’ll show up on time. If it’s not there by Tuesday should she reschedule or show up? Is there a way to turn in paperwork after the interview? I’d hate for her to have to reschedule. They’ve been waiting on this process for nearly 2 years. 😭

Forgot to turn in I-693 at the interview
Hi, I had an interview for EB3 couple weeks ago, and I just realized I forgot to turn in the i-693, the sealed physical exam docs at the interview!!
I was occupied with the interview, and the interviewer didn’t ask me to turn it in at the interview.
I am thinking of calling USCIS for Infopass appointment on Monday, hoping they can accept my emergency appointment.
Do you think I will get a notice in the future? I’m just worried that my case will be rejected because of that.

combo card approved
Thanks god my combo card is approved today, 2 days ago my I-485 was actively in review, yesterday the uscis sent me an email asking me to bring my medical at New York field office . I got appointment for my medical on Monday and today I saw my combo card is approved, Alhamdoulilah almost 2 years since my fist case. thanks and good luck to everyone. so how long should I wait to receive the card in real ??
BUILDING EXCITEMENT HERE!
My lawfully family, On Thursday I received and email from USCIS, I woke up to another yesterday and another this morning. All three stating that they have taken action on my case. I know that on Thursday the action was actually my combo card that got approved. Something tells me that yesterday’s email and today’s are actually my i130 and i485 that are approved. There is no doubt here. Has anyone else experienced this?
