Medical Exams
Hi!! I’m living in New York and obviously my case is there! but I’m currently in Florida on vacations and I received a RFE for medical exams. Are there any problem if I do the exams in Florida? Thanks!!

I think: as long as it is a USCIS civil surgeon, you should be good!

No you can get medical anywhere as long as the civil surgeon is recognized by USCIS. I live in Georgia and I did my medical in Florida.

You can do the medical exam anywhere. Go on the USCIS website to confirm if the one that you are going to is a USCIS civil surgeon surgeon doctor. You cannot go to a doctor that is not approved by USCIS.

that package takes about 2 weeks to get back from the doctor are you going to be there that long? then your good.
