after respond to a NOID
hello Friends, I have 2 years and 3 months of marriage with my dear wife, I received a Noid on June 20th about the bona fides of my marriage, my lawyer has sent all the documents and proof of Our marriage, 10 days later, this morning I received an update, ( On July 30, 2023, we began reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number ###### We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice by August 13, 2023, contact the USCIS Contact Center. ) I'm really worry about this notice again I pray God every single hour, we are really novice.

They need a New Medical cause it last for only two years and your marriage is two years three months.

any update @Markenzy Dorelus . I got the same notice after responding to their NOID. I chatted Emma twice and the agents said no new document was mailed so it’s possible it’s a delayed response like @Rocco Forté said.

I just got an update Aug 7 said USCIS received my responses to the Noid and reviewing my response, I pray and waiting, it's really frustrating.
