Priority date become current for AOS in October, 2023?
hello guys,
In this group, I saw mamy were saying that the priority date for AOS will become current in October 2023. just wondering the validity of this statement and how do they know this?

It's based on historical data showing retrogression pre-covid always sprung back to current at the beggining of the fiscal year, that is, October.
We can't know for sure though.

i dont think so! they may use the filling date again. final action date maybe Dec 2022, and filling date is june 2023. Especially the new proposed filling fee may be applied in the fiscal year 2024-Oct 2023
