I-130 approved, I-485 being actively reviewed.
Hi everybody, my PD is February 2022, filed concurrently. And I finally got I-130 approved on July 10th 2023 (yayyy) , I-485 being actively reviewed since July 8th 2023. Would you guys please share with your experience how long it took you to get a decision on i485 after i130. I’ve learned there are a lot of cases get approved same day, or a few days apart , I’d like to find out more if there is anything similar to mine, when there is more days apart…Thanks in advance and good luck to all who’s patiently waiting 🤞🍀#I-485

My question is
if I travel to my wife country
And I get back to US Did I going to have a problem when I am inter- us.

Finally approved
Just wanted to share my experience, maybe my timeline and things that happened can help someone as others that I saw here helped me.
Just got a notification by email that my case was updated, but when logged in the portal all my cases are gone. But checking through the case number, it says approved today and instructions sent on the approval notice. 🎉🎉🎉
My Work permit was approved very quickly, but the travel never did.
I sent a case without almost any evidence (no pictures, joint account, etc), just basic documents and still got approved with no interview after 16 long months.
My case started to move after was transfered to Indianapolis (although I never received any transfer notification). They immediately approved the I-130 and send RFE for I-485.
The RFE was for medicals and they didn’t update the portal for “received” until yesterday (1 month after I sent).
I’m so happy and relieved that I will finally be able to go see my family in my country after 4 years.
Wishing lucky for everyone and hopeful that this means they will move cases more quickly.

How does the August Bulletin affect me?
Hi All,
I filed my I-485, i765 and i131 all together in June 2023 when my PD dates were current. However, the recent visa bulletin dates are no longer current. EB1 dates went back to 2012. How does this affect me? Does that mean I will only get my i485 approved only when the dates again come back to current? Is there no benefit for me filing in June when the PD was current?
