Finally approved
Just wanted to share my experience, maybe my timeline and things that happened can help someone as others that I saw here helped me.
Just got a notification by email that my case was updated, but when logged in the portal all my cases are gone. But checking through the case number, it says approved today and instructions sent on the approval notice. đđđ
My Work permit was approved very quickly, but the travel never did.
I sent a case without almost any evidence (no pictures, joint account, etc), just basic documents and still got approved with no interview after 16 long months.
My case started to move after was transfered to Indianapolis (although I never received any transfer notification). They immediately approved the I-130 and send RFE for I-485.
The RFE was for medicals and they didnât update the portal for âreceivedâ until yesterday (1 month after I sent).
Iâm so happy and relieved that I will finally be able to go see my family in my country after 4 years.
Wishing lucky for everyone and hopeful that this means they will move cases more quickly.
