I get my green card through marriage for two years
And I was having a silent case with curt.
Today I received from the judge, dismiss my court completely
My question is
if I travel to my wife country
And I get back to US Did I going to have a problem when I am inter- us.
Because I have a court after my trip court for selling tobacco for under age

It shouldn't be a problem. Maybe bring some proof of dismissal when entering the US just in case.

if your case was dismissed you free to go ,plus you have a green card not an Advsnce parole .Just take your didmisssal papers with you just in case and enjoy your trip buddy
