me too, my case is completed I’m waiting for the appointment interview. but it’s seems like it take forever, this is very hard for us this is not fair.

it’s not a bad thing. interview is normal. I had one but I’m still waiting to get approved 🥲

@love love not sure what’s DQ but my pd is aug 10 2022 I got ead one month after filing and 2 rfe 6 months later now I’m scheduled for interview

@m c tax return filed together, im my spouse 401k benefiary, old lease and new lease with both names , about a year or bank statements ( accounts are very active ) pictures messages cards gifts

@anndia tibbs Maybe they are not convinced with the documentation U sent to them & that is why they requested for interview cos with what U've provided, they are supposed to waive the interview off.

documents provided if not satisfied they schedule interview.

Count it a blessing if you have been married for more than 2 years and you get a waiver. Otherwise, don’t, cos you will definitely go for an interview when you have to remove the condition on your green card! From my personal experience, USCIS first waived my interview when I reached out to them to inquire about the status of my case since it had been more than a year since I filed and nothing was heard about it. And I was told by an agent that my interview had been waived for about 9 months ago. However, I was later sent an interview notice which I prepared with my wife and attended this past Thursday, July 26th and then got an approval two days later for my 10 years green card. Have no bad feelings towards being scheduled for an interview, especially when you’re seeing other cases being waived, for all these field offices operate differently and everyone’s case is different, although we might be in the same category. #brooklyFieldOffieTYLJ

I got scheduled for one too and it’s coming up this Wednesday I’m so nervous we have been married for almost 3 years

hey girl the interview was actually pretty easy, my husband and I overprepared and literally nothing what we were preparing for was asked, we weren’t separated, we were asked questions one by one, these questions include like how we met, what we like to do, where our first date was, how we got to the interview, when was our last date and what was it. literally that was it, it was more of a conversation than an interview the officer was very cool. the reason y we had an interview is cuz our lawyer fucked us he didn’t submit all of our information, the lawyer literally only sent our TWO pictures which was on our wedding day and marriage certificate smh but it’s all good

@anndia tibbs @Dana s got notification 2days back for interview was scheduled however, not seeing notice in account ! did it happen to you guys ?

I didn’t have an account online so I can’t answer that however if you still don’t see a notice u can ask Emma or call uscis to find out when your interview date is or you could wait for them to mail it physically too @Shiva S
