Hello,
I received an 1 email and a text message Uscis has taken an action on my case, oct 22nd and I-485 has changed to New updated date oct 22,2025, i-485 has 3 updated timestamps of FTA0 and case is still being processed by USCIS but after that nothing has been changed, nothing on documents tab. Anyone been through this? Anyone got schedule for interview or a approval?

Baby on interview
Hi community!
I have a question: I have my N-400/I-751 appointment on November 5th in NJ. I need to go with my wife, and we have a 4-month-old baby. Is it okay to bring the baby to the appointment, or are babies not allowed? I’m asking because it is really difficult for us to find a babysitter for that date and time.

How long does it take after moving to a local field office
chatted with Emma today and they informed me that my case been moved to a local field office. they said the interview been waived and no missing docs so far. Does it mean we would get an update soon, been waiting for a while!!

I've being waiting for 8 months and few days with the USCIS i-130, Married to a u.s citizen and we're still waiting just for an approval...everyone how much time did you wait just to get an approval ?
I'm outside the United States, Born and raised in Morocco, Is there anyone here who has done an expedite request and went well ? I'm suffering from high stress that affected my intestines because of this separation from my husband and my abusif Mom and I don't know if they actually care about extreme health issues. idk how to even provide proof to the USCIS about the situation I'm living. idk if my husband sending me money would be important too because I told him to not send me anything because I'm depending on myself here until I join him. My petition was transfer from Potomac to Texas service center, my category is F2A consular process, my PD is 8/29/2022. Anyone with similar case transfer that could give me feedback what was/is their experience? I think I’m close for approval but any recent experience with this type of scenarios?

I raised an online inquiry on the I-751 on August 5, 2025, and have received no updates at all. What is the best way to obtain an update on this?

Hi everyone,
I received an RFE for my I-485 (EB1C) case, and I sent my full response 75 days ago.
However, USCIS has not updated the case status to show that they received my response.
According to the RFE notice, the deadline is November 10, and if USCIS doesn’t show the update or confirm receipt, the case will automatically close.
I’ve already contacted Emma and the USCIS Contact Center several times, but no one can give me any clear or helpful information.
👉 Has anyone gone through the same situation before?
Any advice on what I should do next would really help.

I-751 and N-400 still pending
Anyone in the Atlanta office has had any luck getting an interview scheduled? I submitted my I-751 in June 2024 and N-400 in June 2025 (the three year rule). I haven’t heard anything back yet. Today I contacted USCIS, and they said that the interview has been requested but that I have to wait for the office to schedule it. #Atlanta #Georgia #N-400 #I-751 #citizenship
