yes my pd is march 2021 it is no joke it will be year this March since its been current. I have friends who applied together with me are ready to file for citizenship this April/May lol - irony of this process and hypocrisy at its peak

I dont think eb3 process stands out in KC much tbh I would not suggest anyone working to apply in KC metro area for future reference unless they want to suffer like us 💀

@Jack jack Yes, my case is still at the Kansas City Field Office. I contacted my congressional representative and also submitted an inquiry to USCIS. However, I keep receiving the same generic response stating that my case is with them and is experiencing high case volume. Also, if they need anything from me, they will send rfe.

Eb-3 is not a complicated GC pathway though, I don't believe there is much to review or investigate. I don't understand why they are taking too long. Most applicants didn't even have an interview few years ago.
