Good news again! It seems like USCIS is sending out new approval notices to those who didn’t get deferred action the first time and granting them Deferred Action.

yeah don’t apply for it, if it gets denied you’ll be put into removal proceedings

no update yet, still just shows as only approved

after receiving my approval, it still doesn’t contain DA. hopefully something changes soon 🔜
