I-130 Approved but mistakenly send to NVC for Visa Processing.
Hi family.
I filled my 130 and 485 concurrently. was called in for an interview and after 3 days. 130 was approved. I expected to see an update on 485 but nothing. later, I saw my 130 was forwarded to NVC for visa processing. I am adjusting status from the USA and even did an in person interview in May 2025. I do not need to have any process with visa center but have USCIS do all the process.
has anyone gone though this same issue. The frustration behind this immigration stuff never seem to end. 😔🥲
GC approval!

After a long journey, my GC is finally approved. I have always TRIED to believe the outcome is in God’s hands. However, my life circumstances have become complicated, and I had to decide soon whether to keep waiting for the GC or stop. I prayed for God’s guidance, asking for peace regardless of the outcome, but He didn’t seem to give me any clear answer. I was getting exhausted.
I began to pray that if I didn’t get my GC by the 2nd week of Aug, I would take it as a sign that God didn’t want me to have it, since my situation was clearly pushing me to stop around that time.
One day, my wife asked me to buy a cake to celebrate “our GCs,” saying she felt it was coming. I chuckled but went along because my beloved wanted it.
Exactly one week later, on the very last day of the 2nd wk of Aug—my personal “deadline” in prayer—we got a notice of “New card is being produced.” Praise the Lord!
I hope my experience may encourage someone here. No matter what, God is in control, and He always wants the best for His children. Let’s trust Him even when things don’t seem to be going our way. God bless you all!

F4 mexico why is taking for ever
I am a F4 from Mexico from 1999
my i-130 was approved in 2005
I apply for adjustment of status in march 2022
in march 2025 receive my work permit.
but why i haven't received my green card?
anyone now much more do I have to wait? visa bulletin said they are in 2001 now my time already past.
extension letter #I751
Dis anyone move after getting the extension letter for the conditional green card and need to travel internationally? I noticed that my extension letter has my old address and I am concerned about the information that doesn’t match when coming back to US. Is this going to be a problem?

congressional inquiry
so this is my second time reaching out to congress to do an inquiry. The first time they did USCIS sent me a NOID, now second time I got an email from the congress office with a pdf form that my husband need to sign a PRIVACY RELEASE FORM . They never request him sign anything the first time, now wat is so different this time?
