got the same RFE. If you don’t have much (I didn’t either), ask neighbors for affidavits mine confirmed we lived together, saw us grocery shopping, even small real-life details. Also send joint bank statements, taxes, mail, anything showing shared life. My biggest issue was no lease together, so I had to rely on other proof. did they ask for anything else?

1. marriage certificate 2.pictures of both of you living your everyday lives together at the mall streets etc 3.history of phone calls emails letters ,joint Costco registration letters with address where you both lived together.

@Sind D sorry to hear that. officers should understand that a lot of us don’t have “perfect” evidence because of the abuse. i was in shelters, sometimes sleeping at my neighbors’ apartments because i was scared to be alone with my ex. they saw everything. they wrote long affidavits saying they first knew us as a committed couple for about two years, and then saw him become more and more out of control. even after 5 years with no contact, i reached out and they were still willing to write affidavits for me. so please explore every possible piece of evidence before you give up. don’t assume you have nothing sometimes you have more than you think.
