you are fine it just takes forever now

different cases .some takes longer some shorter.mine took under 90 days . i765 toke 1 month i130 and i485 took 2 months

same here. I’m Brazilian married to us citizen on oct/25. uscis sended on dec/25, biometrics Jan/ 26. living in Florida still waiting i765/i130/i485. overstayed visa. we just need to wait, and hope for the best. tamo junto

For a marriage-based case filed in early November 2025, you are still within a normal timeframe for the work permit. Most I-765s based on a pending I-485 are taking about 3 to 6 months right now. Since you are around the 4-month mark, this is frustrating but not unusually delayed yet. Your overstay is generally forgiven because you are married to a U.S. citizen and adjusting status inside the U.S., so that alone should not delay the EAD.
