EB2-NIW PP Upgrade with USPS Delivery
I submitted my package for EB2-NIW PP upgrade through USPS overnight priority service delivery, it was expected to be delivered yesterday but I still haven’t had confirmation. The delivery tracking says still at regional post but delivery still same time yesterday. I am confused as to wether it has been delivered because I don’t want to miss the 1st March deadline. Any ideas or related issues in the past?

Of all the courier service companies, you decided to use the slowest and cheapest one - USPS. I think you should exercise patience and wait for about 5 business days before it gets delivered.

if you send it before March 1, you should be ok with the old fee.

Update: it got delivered on the same day. I got the email from USCIS on my upgrade.
