Does this make sense to you?
Does this make a sense to you?
My immigration applications are currently reviewed in Boston. I sent my medical RFE last month for them to make a final decision (that’s my RFE letter stated)
I currently live in Georgia.
If they decide that they want to do interview, they have to move my cases to local field office which is in Jacksonville, FL
.
This is my theory……
I may have to move to Arizona because of my financial hardship being a widow with two minor children and my EAD has not been approved yet.
While my cases are in Boston and we decide to move to Arizona, it may not delay my cases.
Because if I need to do interview then they have to move my cases to the local office, right?
If they waive the interview, that’s wonderful.
If we have to move while Boston Field Office decides to waive my interview, will my move delay the case?
I would like your inputs!
Thank you so much!
feeling sad
hello everybody, I’ve been silently reading for a while this community and I’ve been appreciating the support and advice. I filed in December 2022 and It’s almost been a year since I’ve had to leave my home in Italy and I’m feeling really hopeless and sad. I miss my home and I miss my family. I’m really thankful for my husband love and support and I would marry him over and over again. in my heart I know I made the right decision to stay with him after a long distance relationship but I just miss my family and my home and today It’s really hard to hold back the tears.
I recently received an RFE request and did everything to respond in the quickest way possible. I thought this meant good news that I was close to the end. I know It’s only been two weeks since they received my response and I have to wait more. I’m trying to stay throng and be patient but today is hard day.
just wanted to share with you all, I’m sorry.

risks with 485 for EB2-NIW applicants
Hi community,
Just got layed off from my job. I was on H1B for a year. And have 140 approved recently. Previously had filed 485 and got EAD combo card, but did not use it anywhere. Should it stick to H1B transfer and continue with it, am I safe starting to use EAD from NIW process. My PD is current in Sept Visa bulletin, I have filed everything 10 month ago but was retrogresed. I feel like it will make my job search easier if I dont ask for H1B support from future employers. But is there too much risk with such approach?
#485

my i485 has been pending at the Texas applications center for the past 3 yrs because i was in removal proceedings. 3 months ego the immigration judge dismissed my case because my lawyer filled a joint motion with ICE . should i mail the judgement copy to the Texas application center or the court will mailed it in since is almost 3 months
