I-130 status changed
Two days ago, my I-130 status changed to “case is being actively reviewed” after six months of no progress. I-485 status is being reviewed since February 2023. No EAD or AP yet. No RFE. Anyone has any idea what to expect next? Thanks!

I’m with the Texas Service Center. I’ve seen messages that other cases with a PD later than mine of 8-12-22 are being approved but nothing has done on my case. “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS” is my message for over a year. I’m very anxious. Any ideas as to what I can do to push my case forward?

I-751 Interview Joint to waiver
Hello everyone,
Good morning.
I wanted to share that I had an interview yesterday where I requested a change from a joint petition to a waiver.
Me and my wife so many differences, we both decided to live separately and we filed divorce.
During the interview, the interviewer spoke with me for about 10 minutes casual questions and then interviewer asked if I had any questions. I didn't ask any questions at that time. interviewer very cool and friendly.
Submitted all joint documents and statements from relatives, me and my spouse, It's possible that they might request additional information, such as a divorce decree, through a Request for Evidence (RFE) in the future.
