congratulations, what’s document’s did you send with K3 ?

I didn't send any docs with k3 since I already applied for i-130. they had all the docs on my online account. I recommend k3 because it doesn't cost anything if you already did i-130. you have nothing to lose. but you need to do it soon after you apply for i-130. I think I waited too long so it didn't help me really.

@Aylin White-Dagli I am already 9 months waiting so may it is late for the K3 but like you said it is free and nothing to lose but according to the instructions you do need to send the required documents even if you already sent them for the I-130. I already filled out all I-129F and have all the supporting documents. I will mail it overnight this week as you cannot do it online. Also, I actually have a K1 Visa approved after waiting for 16months for it but ofcourse it is useless

@Raquel Abreu you ofcourse need to complete I-129F with the K3 option checked. you will need a copy of the I-797C for the I-130, copy of the marriage certificate with translation, copy of any divorce decree with translation if applicable, copy of proof of citizenship, 1 passport photocopy of each

@R B I used medical reason for expedite but it didn't matter to them.
