i130 approved! what do I do next ?
it took a while 11 months but finally approved!
I am just waiting for the mail now… but how long will it take from here for my husband to get the interview and get the visa?

2) is it my ead card under c31 . i already have c9 untill 2024
3) will my dependents 15 years and 21 yeards old also included , will they receive . I have applied for them too but i only received one receipt with their names on the receipt in the bottom. i am worried for my children whether they are a part of my 360 on not . their bilogical father( my 1st ex husband) applied for h4 for my children and they are on h4.
4) how long it takes for green card .

EAD taking over a year, VAWA not moving since June 2022… HELP
Any advice? It seems so weird to me that my EAD is taking this long. (Fingerprints updated - June 2022, taken from my previous K1)
My lawyers have sent an inquiry form already but haven’t gotten any response yet.
My prima facie expired June 15, still no renewal either.
I’m really stressing this out. What can I do?
H1b and GC-EAD? which one to use

I recently had h1b approved which will be activated on 1st oct 2023 . it isn’t stamped yet .
I also received combo card approval based on family GC .
I plan to travel to my home county in November, what should I do ? get h1 stamped and come back on h1 or just use GC EAD and forget about h1b?
has anyone been in this situation?

we finally got the i130 approved 4 days ago,
how long until the 485 is approved?
is there a chance they can deny it?
I wonder how come it’s not changing automatically..
