So I cocunrently filed i130,i485 & i765 back in July. The estimated time for I765 went from 6 months to 3 months to 4 weeks last week and now today it says it’s taking longer than normal to process. the i130 went from 8 months to 2 weeks and still says 2 weeks. it’s so nerve wrecking having all these time frames. has anyone had this happen before? please help me calm down as I’m extremely nervous. thank you!

@EANR 13 we have similar PD mine was 7 July 2023. and my i130 went from 8 months to 2 months. when did the 2 months changed into 2 weeks, within a week or?

My I765 went from 3 months, to 2 months a week ago, now today, it’s taking longer than expected. I guess I wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t check 15 times a day. from what I’ve seen, these estimates are useless anyway.

@EANR 13 July 31st of this year. only I-485 and I-765 so I’m sure I’m in for a wait anyway. doesn’t make me any less impatient with checking. lol.

I am in the same boat as everyone here - I filed i130, i485, i765, i131 at the end of July. i765 changed to taking longer than expected yesterday.
