do live agents give correct information ?
I recently responded to medical RFE that came from San Antonio field office . I got combo card approved after 1 week .
today I checked with live agent through Emma about where my case is , they said it’s being processed at NBC .
does case go back to NBC after FO ?

i just want to share for those waiting for an interview in Dominican Republic that my mom IR-5 just waited 6 month and half for an interview. she was document qualified February 07 2023 and received her interview appointment today for October.

Healthcare worker EAD expedite request approved
Hello, I request EAD Expedite base on healthcare worker(nurse) via Emma live chat on 8/7.
And after a week, 8/14, i got an email from USCIS saying i need to submit by email, documentations that supports my request for expedited processing.
8/14, I submitted "Job offer letter, A letter (written/signed by me with explanation why i request expedite), and screenshot of USCIS email notice.
8/17 Expedite Request Approved.
I wanted to share this because I've read some healthcare workers whose got denied their expedite requests. And some ppl had to request multiple times to get approved.
I was gonna write a letter to congressmen if my expedite reject as well but thankfully it approved!
Hope this info will be hepful for someone :).

there was a period of silence from the USCIS after i sent in a medical and i864 RFE , given, i waited two months before sending it in, i blame it on procrastination from my end.
The process is not transparent, it is stressful and most times it drags on forever, remember to breathe and rule things out of your control that you have no control over. was married to a USC in 2019, however, we applied in 2023. the interview was waived, i only sent in about three pictures of us on dates and with family, marriage cert, joint bank, adress with our names, i kept it simple and concise. don’t sweat it. my only regret is that i didn’t research on how the process works beforehand. good luck to all the unnoficial immigration attorneys in this community

Daughter’s case transferred to BOSTON FIELD OFFICE
Is there a reason why case will be transferred from Texas Service Centre to a field office? No adjustment of status was filed because the child is outside the United States. I live in Boston so its confusing for me why case was transferred out here. i called once and was told there was an error as the adjudicator believes the child is in the US and think we ticked the wrong box. how clumsy can a federal agency be?
