EB-1A approved!!! I can’t believe it. I’ve been living in the US for 8 years, with student visas, then O1B. Applying for a green card was never a thought till this year. I’m speechless!!

Finally Approved 🙌🏻🎉
After 795 days I got appproved! It has been a looongggg wait but finally is here😀 I don’t feel happy, I just feel relax because I’m finally done with the process to check everyday the case tracker app🤣! DON’T GIVE UP guys🙏🏼 I’m know it’s hard.. we spent time, effort, money but one day we gonna get it❤️ and don’t feel sad.. if you feel sad, nothing is gonna change, if you feel happy nothing is gonna change, but is better to be happy that to be sad😄 GOOD LUCK FOR ALL OF YOU 🤩🤩
Traveling with AP (my experience)

I came yesterday with AP and I want to share my experience.
When I got to the airport (Newark) the first officer took my passport and asked me the reason of my trip and how long it was (2 weeks). Then, he took me to a secondary inspection, after 5 min the officer called my name and said “ready, have a good night”. It was quicker than I thought!
I want to add also that my Vawa is approved and I am just waiting to get my medical request.
NEW EAD APPLICATION
Has anyone ever submitted a new application for Work Authorization after waiting forever and seem like they are doing nothing on your case? I have been waiting since April 25,2022. Did Biometrics June 3rd, 2022. Submitted numerous expedite requests. Filed VAWA in November of 2022 and contacted congressman on April 8th, 2023 for help also with an expedite and they responded a month later on May 10 that they will be sending my case for expedited review, he submitted a follow up on June 10 and they responded July 9th saying that it is being reviewed by an adjudications officer but due to workload factors not relating to my case the final adjudication may be delayed, on August 10 they sent the exact same email to the congressman again. I can’t understand all this workload factors BS but people getting approved in 30 days, 60 days and even at just 13 days from filing this year.
Would it be nice to have a support group for us crawlers?
I'm thinking about having a location-based support group for us to meet online/offline and share our life/immigration experiences together. Anyone up for it? Starting with NYC!

Does this mean I will actually get my advanced parole approved/reviewed? I’m 90 days since applying for everything and my EAD was approved in the first month. wondering if anyone else sees this?

Good morning folks! Yesterday, Aug 17, was officially 15 months since I filed the I-130 to get my Canadian husband to the States. I’ve been reading a lot about RFE, biometrics, and other forms lately and I’m getting worried that we were supposed to send those things along with our application. Is that the case? Or is waiting until they ask for additional information the way to go? I’m just starting to feel a little hopeless with the process right now. Thank you!
