RFE not delivered
Hi everyone,
I received an rfie for my I-485 but never got it. it’s been 11 days now. I called an agent who initiated an e-request 4 days ago.
Does anyone have a similar experience? Am I to get an e-copy or do I get mailed another one. how long will this take?
what do I do if I don’t get the RFE mailed sooner since there is a deadline?

use emma to connect to an agent via live chat and request an electronic copy sent to your email. Happened to me and I was nearing the deadline. That was what I did. Good luck.

are you able to reply them with an E copy of the RFE?

yes. print it out and attach it to whatever you are sending back to them.

thank you. I was able to get it from them this morning. It was a for a deficient Medical.
I was asked to take it back for completion. The problem is I don’t have the returned form. Is submitting a new form adequate, while addressing the issue raised?
