After a long 22 months am still waiting for a response from uscis for my husband I 601 waiver to be approved. How much more do I have wait, it's frustrating 😕 😭😭😭 since 2019 on this journey how far omg 😭😭😭😭 .

@Fatima Conte 🇬🇳 🇸🇱 mine too was the same thing also they said my divorce certificate was fraudulent so I wrote a letter regarding the hard ship my wife will face if I get deported and my field office is Philadelphia but his 601 is almost 2 years wow

@Jhoe 🇳🇬 , I took a lawyer and we did the same hardship letter and daughter wrote and letter to back up with the application I601 wavier too but up till now we didn't hear anything. I don't know maybe because he is out of the country that's why it's taken so long . last time I checked the processing time it's was 24 months and now it's 27 months 😢 💔 am just heart broken 💔 😢 it's so frustrating , I thought this country will put family together but it's the other way around 💔 😢 am struggling working two jobs just to take care of my kids , my oldest daughter is in college imagine what am going through it's not easy 😢 .
