Interview over 100 days ago n-400
i had my interview over 100 days ago and the officer checked the box saying that it couldn’t make a decision at the moment. The status still shows as “Interview was scheduled”
i chatted with Emma and this is what the officer said;
“Please allow 30 days to receive a response to your email concerning your Other Ceremony scheduling”
Has anyone seen this before?

just chatted with another agent and they said that all that means is that they opened a case to see how come the oath hasn’t been scheduled. however she said that it has not yet been approved or recommended for approval

I got approval on the spot but haven't receive letter for ceremony yet since January the 30th

it’s crazy. by law they have to give you an update on your case within 120 days of the interview date. i’m still below that but to those of you who are above they HAVE to give you a response
