@Byzid Fid I chat with a very patient and nice agent that went above and beyond to give me as many details about my case as possible. they pulled as much from my file as they could and told me when my case was transferred, my case was marked interview waived, who and when actions were taken etc. each time some1 access your case I guess a notation or prompt is generated because the very next day I got action was taken email and the approval update and notice on my account

i sent my response for RFe and Emma never solver nothing but congratulations
