hello everyone, I file 2 I130 cases for my kids, I received my my case numbers but not the online access code, Do I need to open and new account? my receipt starts with IOE

my online access code came a few days after my receipt notices. if it doesn’t come in 30 days you can request a new access code.

you can create an account at Uscis and request the code. I never received mine by the mail so I requested

thanks guys, they did send me a letter with the access code after one of the the cases was actively be reviewed
