@Mo Yemen my Service Center is NBC, my Field Office is Queens NY. I am just happy, honestly. Processing time for I-130 @ NBC is currently 53 months while I-485 @ Queens NY is currently 31.5 months.

@teetee fabulous I am submitting my new lease, not the old one. Though it's a very big point to submit lease but sincerely it not a big deal but I don't want to take chances. I don't want any further delay. I already uploaded most of my documents & pictures via Unsolicited Evidence section since June. If all is good, I should receive approval within a short time after submission.

Just when I thought there was no hope for us Queens Filers, they gave us hope with your case. Please keep us posted about your progress. Unfortunately, I haven't heard a thing from USCIS even though I filed since September 16 2022. However, your progress/ success is as good as mine. ps.. did they email you this RFE?

@Sept 16th, 2022 . yes, I received their email directly from USCIS New York District. I hand delivered my medical along with some other documents including pictures.

hi, we received exact same letter and we are queens FO as well. our receipt date is Nov 17. we dropped off I-693. this was an email for us, there is nothing in the online account. no status change. it shows 28.5 months for queens fo :(

@4th N yeah, it's an email. Queens Field Office is as quiet as a grave yard & that is why we are excited that we are hearing something from there. The processing time was reduced from 32.5 to 31.5 & now 28.5. Did U submit with any other documents? Has your medical been updated?

hi @JENNIE . we submitted just the medical with a copy of the email at queens field office in federal plaza. but, we uploaded joint bank account statement and joint lease online. we did a new medical I-693. where can I check if it has been updated ? thank you for this post @JENNIE . this was helpful and comforting :)

I had to submit the medical with over 50 photographs, Joint & Renter Insurance, Bank Statement, Cable & internet upto date etc even though I have already uploaded on the USCIS website.

@4th N I contacted Emma & they do not have update of the medical yet & I requested a call back from Queens Field Office.

@4th N it is a random email from USCIS requesting mainly the medical. I hand delivered mine to them so I will wait patiently to hear back from them.

@JENNIE . so I put in two E-requests and received feedback/action from USCIS on my case this week. If you haven't tried it, I think you should essentially for your I-485
