Hi everyone,we have PD 20 January 23 and since 24 January the status "Case is beeing Actively rewiewing and nothing happened since then.We are in Service Center Nebraska. We send the papers by Mail.
Our Case Number starts with IOE.Unfortunately we missed creating an online account,i've applied for an access Code which should be there within 72 hours,nothing yet!Do we need to have an online account?
Have any of you also been waiting for an access Code?How long took it to get the Code?
Who else is in Nebraska Service Center and waiting?
My Husband is US Citizen and i am from Germany,the wait is driving me crazy!!

I need help
Yesterday my congresswoman contacted uscis and they send her a REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE for my medical is the reason my case is pending.. They send her the Courtesy Letter which was mail to me on december 29 2022. I NEVER RECEIVED NO mail plus i can see every mail usps will bring to my house….IT NOT SHOWING IN MY USCIS account… The worst part is i had to mail it before March 27, 2023. Not even live agent told me because i speak to them every week.

my husband and I had our interview on 08/31/23 our interview went okay. they approved our i130 but couldn’t approve our i485 so they handed us a paper saying our case is under review. we our anxious and don’t know what to expect. i thought that since our i130 got approved my husband automatically gets a green card but I was wrong.

so today I received a email from NVC saying this - Your petition has been returned to USCIS for administrative action and is no longer at the NVC. Further inquiries should be directed to the USCIS by telephone at 1-800-375 5283, or via the internet at www.uscis.gov.- MY POINT ITS MY HUSBAND BECAME A US CITIZEN AND WE MAKE A CHANGE OF STATUS ON 2021 SINCE THEN I DIDNT HAVE NO MOVEMENT IN MY CASE TILL AFTER THE EMAIL NOW I HAVE A SECOND ACT REVIEW ITS THIS A GOOD THING ? 🤔
