Any advise please
I apply for marriage base green card back in march. April I got RFE on I-130 for proof of my husband citizenship,(dl was July 1). i responded to to the RFE June 30. Aug 11 went for biometric, august 16 I-485 got denied and today I got my work permit. For the denial should I reapply or reopen/ motion on case?

A los 470 días recibimos RFE, la vdd no es algo que me molesta porque por fin tenemos noticias después de una larga espera😇 y cuando una relación es sana, verdadera creo que no es problema. Nosotros no ocupamos un abogado, lo hicimos nosotros mismos y es por eso que algo dejamos en el aire, pero confio en Dios que nuestra larga espera pronto termina y esta distancia termina pronto también. Si alguien que ya pasó por eso sabe porque medio se envía la evidencia adicional, si en línea o físicamente hagamelo saber por favor, muchas gracias.. Y ANIMOS..!!!! 😇😇😇😇😇😇

How to update/upgrade case status from F2A to IR1?
Hello,
My spouse (petitioner) recently became a US citizen (from a green card holder) and we're interested in updating/upgrading the case status from F2A to IR1. Has anyone successfully completed this process? If so, could you kindly share the procedure with us? I130 has approved before my spouse's naturalization and we're waiting for I485 approval. Thank you for any advice!

Has anybody received a letter Notice of Admin Closure on I-485?
I received this letter stating they put a closure on my application due to submitting after the priority date.
The lawyer submitted it on Jan 30, 2023 and the USCIS recieved it on Feb 3, 2023. Priority date is Feb 1.
Does the USCIS count the date the lawyer stamped and sent in the documents or the date that they recieve it?
