old i485 filed in removal proceedings on august 9th 2021 updated .Removal dismissal by the judge on February 16th 2022
request evidence was mailed to me on June 26th 2023 after congress was contact them form me .
response reference mail out at my field office Baltimore . Now just waiting for decisions I let you know guys if I have any updates.have good weekend

May 2 says interview cancel, but I entered the interview and the officer confirmed it. He said the card will come after 3 weeks, but now after 4 months they are creating an interwiev again. Is anyone in the same situation?

Is expedite request worth it?
Hi everyone,
My wife and I (US citizen) are currently living together in Armenia and waiting on her I-130 to be approved (consular processing). It hasn't been too long, only about 3 months, but we might face some legal problems with my wife staying here for longer than expected. I'm a permanent resident, so no problems with me, however my wife's stay here is purely based on Armenia allowing us to stay here and visa-run. It is very difficult for her to sustain living here, as she isn't even allowed to open a bank account, utilize public medical services or use any sort of government-based services for that matter. She has to rely on me and thank God that I have a permanent residenship and a job here. Given the situation, do you all think it would be beneficial to try to expedite our case? Does it even help to do that? Or what other options might we have?

Finally! I can work again
I -765 got approved last Friday and card was produced today.. hopefully I’ll have it in hand by next week. It’s hard to be patient but don’t lose faith🙏🏼 medical was also requested and submitted.

My wife just wants to work!!!
it’s crazy, she had a notice for extending her old EAD but the category was different since her lawyer put the I-765 under pending I-485….her job let her go because “category mismatch”…we just want her to work already…waiting is sooooo crazy with no information
