Has anyone tried expedite request for i 130 at uscis? I have tried for three times and got rejected for all three times.
If you had approved the expedite request , could you share your experience.

In how much time did they respond you after you requested? Did they reach out to you for proof or something before or was it rejected outright?

I have tried before. nothing came of it. I was never approved nor they they communicate there after.

@Yui Jin from what I've been reading on uscis website, I don't think you can expedite a i130, forms that they expedite is i140, i129, i765, i539

I was rejected expedite request twice from USCIS on my i130 because “necessary criminal background check procedure” BUT they did speed up my case bc of me submitting that.
it’s very hard to get approved but they may speed up your case without the expedite.
