my case is f2a was filled in September 2022
and still being actively reviewed by USCIS
the visa bulletin shows for September 2022 current both filling and final action date
but my concerns are there a retrogress for all cases after 2018
Applied for spouse visa 494 days ago, my husband had PR at that time, recently after 42 days of application he got citizenship. Will updating the f2a visa helps in speed process? How to do it? ideaa

70 DAYS SINCE MY MEDICALS WERE RECEIVED
My VAWA got approved and then the USCIS sent a RFE. It was for Medicals I-693 for Adjustment of Status I-485.
I mailed the Medical forms back to USCIS and they confirmed the receipt.
It’s been 70 days and I do not have the interview notice, nothing. It’s handled by NBC as the RFE shows and not the field office, but I am in Chicago.
Any thoughts or recommendations?
