Is USCIS portal working?
hi guys,
since yesterday I tried logging to my USCIS account but I can not see any activity. I do see the receipt number for each of my cases/forms but there is not history record is blank. I eliminated my cases and added each receipt again but still the same problem. are you guys having the same problem or just me?

NVC welcome letter
Did anyone else have this issue with NVC? My fiance and I inquired to NVC regarding our case. We received an email stating that they have received our case and awaiting data entry. It has been 45 days and we inquired again only this time we received an email stating that they have not received our case at all.

1 am so grateful to everyone in this channel who I read their comments, their post, that truly helped me with my application. Interview was yesterday and it was super great. They scheduled me for interview because I click no on subject to public charges in the I-485 questions. And they asked me only 2 question where me and my spouse met and when we got married. And then he said our case is straight forward and he approved the I-130 then proceed he asked me all the criminal questions and proceed to approved my 1-485 immediately too. I took a lawyer but my interview went well that he wasn't even needed. Then the officer told me congratulations I will get my green card in the mail within 2 weeks. Feel free to ask any questions that can help you with yours.

vawa drivers license in texas
hi all,I just left the drivers license office in Texas Rosenberg, and I have a work permit c31 expiring in 2024, but they said they need to do second verification. I have never had DPS do second verification with an EAD unless when I am using extension. My DL is expiring on Saturday so l am anxious. please is this the new process?
